“More Than I” - Commissioned

Psalm 18:2

So I was doing some homework just now and lazily I used Google as my calculator. Being so burned out, I even consulted Google to calculate “18/2” for me (obviously, the answer is 9, and yes I knew that before I Googled but I did it to verify). Interestingly enough, the first result is “Psalm 18:2 - Passage Lookup…” I clicked it and it reads,

“The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.” (NIV)

This is just a wonderful reminder that we find God in the most unexpected places at the most unexpected times. This is simply because it is not only us who seek God, but it is He who seeks us. We should always remember to look up to God; this verse helps remind me of the significance of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, as well as our Father, God. God bless us all!

Unnecessary: George Lucas is planning a 3-D re-release of ALL SIX Star Wars episodes, starting in early 2012.

Part 1, “The Phantom Menace,” would be first out of star-dock in the early months of 2012. After that, each of the films would be released in order at the same time each consecutive year, depending on how well the first re-release does.

Each conversion takes at least a year to complete, with Lucas personally overseeing the process to make sure each one is as perfected as possible. Lucas has said that the “Avatar” experience convinced him that “Star Wars” was ready for the state-of-the-art 3D treatment.

So three years of re-purposed sacrilege, followed by three years of sacrilegious re-purposing.

Just a couple of reminders…

Prayer is not a “spare wheel” that you pull out when in trouble; it is a “steering wheel” that directs the right path throughout.

Do you know why a Car’s WINDSHIELD is so large & the Rear-view Mirror is so small? Because our PAST is not as important as our FUTURE. Look Ahead and Move on.

All things in life are temporary. If going well, enjoy it, they will not last forever. If going wrong, don’t worry, they can’t last long either.

Often when we lose hope and think this is the end, GOD smiles from above and says, “Relax, sweetheart, it’s just a bend, not the end!”

When GOD solves your problems, you have faith in HIS abilities; when GOD doesn’t solve your problems HE has faith in your abilities.

When you pray for others, God listens to you and blesses them, and sometimes, when you are safe and happy, remember that someone has prayed for you.

WORRYING does not take away tomorrows’ TROUBLES, it takes away today’s’ PEACE.

Romans 12: 9-13

I look extremely tired. But hey, I got a haircut today! All fluffy & layered now(: It looks good now, but it will NEVER look like this again, cuz right now, it’s all styled. But once I hit the shower, it’s back to taming my hair. LOL! Anyways, I like it! YAY!
